Effects of homogenous-heterogeneous reactions on stagnation point of aligned MHD Casson nanofluid over a melting surface

نویسندگان

چکیده

This study examines how melting heat transfer affects the MHD Casson nanofluid's stagnation point when there are both homogeneous and heterogeneous chemical reactions occurring along with viscous dissipation. Additionally taken into account in this effects of thermophoresis Brownian motion. The linked non-linear partial differential equations that control nanofluid flow can be reduced to couple ordinary using local similarity variables, which then numerically solved Spectral Collocation technique, as demonstrated current mathematical modeling. Both qualitative quantitative data presented show settings affect fluid flow, temperature, nanoparticle concentration. comparison results previously published works revealed good agreement, shown table 1.

Radiation Effects on MHD Stagnation-Point Flow in a Nanofluid

In this study, the two-dimensional Magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) boundary layer of stagnation-point flow in a nanofluid in the presence of thermal radiation is investigated. Using a similarity transform, the NavierStokes equations are reduced to a set of nonlinear ordinary differential equations. The similarity equations are solved numerically for three types of nanoparticles, namely copper (Cu), a...

MHD Three-Dimensional Stagnation-Point Flow and Heat Transfer of a Nanofluid over a Stretching Sheet

In this study, the three-dimensional magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) boundary layer of stagnation-point flow in a nanofluid was investigated. The Navier–Stokes equations were reduced to a set of nonlinear ordinary differential equations using a similarity transform. The similarity equations were solved for three types of nanoparticles: copper, alumina and titania with water as the base fluid, to inve...

The Influence of Thermal Radiation on ‎Mixed Convection MHD Flow of a Casson ‎Nanofluid over an Exponentially Stretching ‎Sheet

The present article describes the effects of thermal radiation and heat source/sink parameters on the mixed convective magnetohydrodynamic flow of a Casson nanofluid with zero normal flux of nanoparticles over an exponentially stretching sheet along with convective boundary condition. The governing nonlinear system of partial differential equations along with boundary conditions...

Entropy Generation on MHD Viscoelastic Nanofluid over a Stretching Surface

This paper deals with the double-diffusive boundary layer flow of non-Newtonian nano-fluid over a stretching sheet. In this model, where binary nano-fluid is used, the Brownian motion and thermophoresis are classified as the main mechanisms which are responsible for the enhancement ofthe convection features of the nanofluid. By means of the successive approximation method the governing equation...
